How it works

  1. Tap Add from contacts under the add-guest form, or on the empty guest list.
  2. The first time, your phone asks which contacts to share. On iOS 18 you can share just some and add more later with Choose more contacts.
  3. Tick the people and tap Add N guests.
  4. People already on the list are greyed out as Already a guest.

Good to know

  • Only names and phone numbers are read, and they stay on your phone.
  • It is one undoable step, and on the free plan it is all or nothing.
  • If you said no to contacts, the screen offers a way to Settings.
  • Adding guests from contacts is part of the free plan.

Common questions

Why does it add phone numbers?

They let you text guests their table with Text seats.
